VTC uses national funds to boost weatherization across Vermont

Weatherization may seem a strange solution to an economy that has been under the weather during the past year. Yet, given the economy, threats of global warming and the need to conserve energy, President Obama and his administration are advocating weatherization as a means to increase jobs and decrease energy bills.
