Diabetes Prevention Program

The program will be offered Tuesdays, starting June 5th, from 5-6pm at the Godnick Center, 1 Deer Street, Rutland. For the first 16 weeks it will be offered weekly, then every other week, then monthly for a total of 25 sessions.
