All Wallingford residents are invited to come out on June 21st at 6:30pm to the Wallingford Town Hall to move forward key priorities for the future of the town.
On April 26th more than 150 residents met in focus groups to share their thoughts on critical topics such as economic development, recreation, community events, historic buildings, Main Street, and more! On May 23rd, residents came together to choose 3 priorities for action and formed task forces to move them forward. The priorities include:
– Improve Community Communications and Engagement and Expand Wallingford Events
– Build Multi-Use Trails, River/Lake Access and Boost Recreation Capacity
– Support Economic and Business Development
On June 21st, come out to the Town Hall at 6:30pm to join a task force and build an action plan to move key priorities forward. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to attend to take part in the work ahead for the future of the community!
